What Makes Morning Routines So Effective?

Pretty much every business or entrepreneur website on the Internet always has an article about the morning routines.

So, is one of the most important factors of successful people a morning routine?

We believe so! And for a few different reasons…

Especially in the business realm, there is so much unpredictability that can go on during your day.

So having that set routine each morning can be a good anchor to keep your mind in the right place.

We like morning routines because it helps us start the day being proactive, and not reactive.

Start Your Day With Momentum

Most people flip on the news first thing in the morning and get hit with a ton of negativity and propaganda.

Morning routines are so powerful because they can allow you to gain huge momentum to accomplish your goals, be super productive, and manifest some amazing things into your life.

Chris actually started doing a breathing technique to regain his energy throughout the day. He ran into the problem of always feeling tired. And this helped him tremendously.

Most of what we do in the morning is planning the day, chill music, journaling, and reading.

And the reality is, it only takes about an hour to do a bunch of positive things that have a huge impact on your day.

Greg loves to take a 20 minute walk every morning. The act of getting outside every morning is so enjoyable and gets him in the right mood to conquer the day.

Another activity Greg loves to do is journaling. It’s a way for him to see where his mental state is and express himself before moving into daily tasks.

Last Thoughts On Morning Routines

What we want to make sure you take away from this episode is, try and develop your own morning routine…

Especially some way to always get super clear on what you need to get done that day. With that clarity, you can charge ahead full force and tackle the day.

When Greg and I map out the most important thing for the day, we pretty much always get it done. But if we don’t write it down or know what to focus on, it could take days or weeks to get finished.

If you conquer the days, you conquer the weeks. Then the months…years…and so on.
