1.) Eat a Diet High in Nitrates

Most people have a lack of nitrates and also have trouble converting those nitrates into nitric oxide in the body. This will soon cause lack a blood flow, leading to weaker erections.

Doing this will also improve your workouts as well!

A great source to include in your diet is garlic.

2.) Foods High in Vitamin C

Citrus fruits, especially oranges are high in Vitamin C.

There was actually a study conducted where researchers found that the combination of garlic and Vitamin C produced a huge nitric oxide boost – leading to improved vasodilation in the blood vessels.

3.) Oysters

Oysters are a powerful aphrodisiac (a food, drink, or drug that stimulates sexual desire) and have a ton of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

4.) Beets

Beets are high in butane which help digestion and they are high in nitrates.

5.) Blueberries

These little blue guys are high in antioxidants and research has shown they help with lowering blood pressure.

6.) Mixed Greens (Spinach, Arugula, Kale, etc)

These are also very high in nitrates.

7.) Raw Dark Chocolate

Cocoa powder helps with blood flow and circulation.

8.) Chili Peppers

These contain capsaicin, will help regulate blood sugar and improve blood flow.

9.) Pomegranates

Also known as “natural Viagra” pomegranates have been shown to boost nitric oxide, regulate blood sugar and improve blood flow.
