You Can Look Great AND Be Healthy

The great news is, you can have your cake and eat it too…

What we mean by that is, you don’t want to pursue a great looking body at the cost of your health. Seriously, if you get to 6% body fat but your metabolism is damaged, you have low sex drive, and you feel deprived – is that really worth it?

You won’t be able to enjoy life like that.

All you hear about nowadays is how physique and fitness competitors are abusing countless drugs just to be shredded on stage.

Little do they know how detrimental this is going to be to their longterm health…

Now, we’re here to help you improve your overall health and well being while still building a great looking body you’re proud of.

The Step By Step Framework To Optimizing Your Health

When you nail the foundation of your health and lifestyle, you’ll quickly start to reap the benefits of better sleep, higher sex drive, increased focus during the day, a stronger immune system and much more…

And of course, once you start healing yourself from the inside out, it’s much easier to lose body fat and build muscle. Your body is no longer stressed out and can handle what you throw at it much more efficiently.

That’s what we’re trying to acheive here, taking the time to actually see what’s going on with your current health and lifestyle will help make your fitness goals much easier to attain.

The Health Optimization Pyramid

Action Steps To Improve Each Level Of The Pyramid

Step 1) To make sure you’re getting in the proper amount of micronutrients, you’ll first want to make sure your gut is in good standing.

If you have poor gut health, your body will have a difficult time absorbing all the nutrients. Probiotics is a great starting point.

Step 2) Optimizing macronutrients.

With the proper balance of macros, you can supply your body with an optimal amount of protein (about 82g. per pound of body weight) to maintain and build muscle.

Along with a the right balance of fats and carbs. A good balance is about 25% to 30% of daily calories should come from fats (stick to saturated fats mainly, butter/coconut oil) and the rest of your daily calories will be filled with carbs.

Step 3) Lifestyle

Our main goal with optimizing your lifestyle is reducing stress.

  • Limit drugs, and alcohol
  • Nurture or get out of bad relationships
  • Optimize your sleep
  • Calm your mind, through meditation or some kind of relaxation
  • Avoid nasty chemicals such as, plastics (BPA especially), paper receipts, hair products, tooth paste, etc. Opt for all natural versions.

Step 4) Training

Make sure you’re not overtraining. Long endurance training is actually very stressful on the body.

Opt for low intensity activity like walking or a fun sport with friends.

And as far as weight training goes, 3 days in the gym is best from maximizing strength and muscle gain. Check out Kinobody.com for workout routine ideas.

Step 5) Strategic Supplementation

This is where Truth Nutra really shines. After you have your foundation covered in the other layers, The Truth Nutra Collection allows you to naturally heal specific issues, such as digestion, testosterone, insulin, Erectile dysfunction, and focus.
